1、          自動進氣控制
完整性測試儀采用了國外通用的全自動數(shù)字進氣控制子系統(tǒng)，拋棄了國內(nèi)落后的機械式半自動進氣方式（即采用手動調(diào)節(jié)單向節(jié)流閥的方法，來改變氣體流速），使測試儀在不同的氣源壓力和測試條件下都能穩(wěn)定可靠的工作，特別是當(dāng)客戶采用的氣源壓力波動比較大時，儀器自身所具有自動穩(wěn)定和數(shù)字控制技術(shù)，保證了測試結(jié)果的精度和準(zhǔn)確性。
 
2、          濾器合格，自動退出功能
濾膜 / 折疊濾芯作為一種耗材，它有自己的使用壽命，但是合理的使用會使它們的生命周期大大延長。出于對客戶濾膜的保護和提高生產(chǎn)中的使用效率（即縮短測試時間），專門增加了“測試合格后，自動退出"功能，這也是國內(nèi)*家實現(xiàn)這項功能的儀器。
 
3、          自動打印
有些用戶在進行完整性檢測時，可能還有別的事情要處理，需要離開測試現(xiàn)場，但是他希望在回來時，可以拿到打印出來的測試結(jié)果。不會因為測試結(jié)束后，其它不可預(yù)知的原因，而造成測試結(jié)果的丟失。 測試儀在用戶啟動了自動打印選項后，就可以實現(xiàn)測試結(jié)束后自動打印測試結(jié)果的功能，這也是國內(nèi)實現(xiàn)這種功能的儀器。

2 氣泡點測試原理 : 取一定材質(zhì)的濾膜或濾芯，用一定的溶液潤濕后，在膜的一側(cè)用氣體加壓，隨著壓力的增加，氣體從濾膜另一側(cè)釋放，出現(xiàn)大小、數(shù)量不等的氣泡，對應(yīng)的壓力值為泡點值。

3 擴散流測試： 指當(dāng)氣體壓力在濾芯起泡點值的 80% 時 , 這時還沒有出現(xiàn)大量的氣體穿孔而過, 只是少量的氣體先溶解到液相的隔膜中 , 然后從該液相擴散到另一面的氣相中 , 這部分氣體稱之為擴散流。 ( 壓縮空氣每分鐘通過膜孔液體的分子流 )

4 為什么擴散流的方法更好？
起泡點值只是一個定性的值，從開始起泡到zui后的群起泡是一個比較長的過程，不能準(zhǔn)確的定量。而測量擴散流值是一個定量值 , 不但能準(zhǔn)確的確定過濾器的完整性，而且還能反應(yīng)出膜的孔隙率、流量和有效過濾面積等方面的問題，同時擴散流的測試壓力要低于zui小泡點的壓力，能起到保護濾芯、延長濾芯使用壽命的目的，這也就是為什么現(xiàn)在國外濾芯廠家都只用擴散流法測試完整性的原因。
5 水浸入法介紹
以前 : 疏水濾芯用有機溶液測試
由于疏水性的多孔濾膜不能被水相溶液潤濕，必須使用異丙醇 / 水的混合溶液來潤濕濾膜。
缺點：
1 過濾時疏水性是空氣濾芯的特點但在測試時卻需要將濾芯親水化
2 通常濾芯必須從過濾濾殼中取出并在另一個獨立的濾殼中測試，同時要求設(shè)備的防爆性能。
3 異丙醇測試只能在滅菌前進行
4 異丙醇作為氣體污染物必須被*去除
5 無法檢測濾芯的疏水性    6 無法檢測濾芯安裝的正確性
水浸入法測試的介紹：
在一定的壓力下，測量擠入疏水性濾膜中的水的流量來判斷濾芯的孔徑。 孔越小，侵入就越少。zui大的侵入發(fā)生在zui大的孔。如果孔徑 “ 太大 ", 水就會穿透過去。 在小于臨界壓力的測試壓力作用下，水不能通過膜而只能浸入到膜基體中，水優(yōu)先浸入zui大的膜孔。浸入膜基體的水不會與透過膜的水相混淆，浸入是一個極為緩慢的過程，為了在下游端得到水，需要保持很長時間的壓力。
