電壓擊穿試驗儀采用計算機控制，通過人機對話方式，完成對絕緣介質(zhì)材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。

適用于對固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復(fù)合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷?，擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。

儀器對實驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)快速、準確地進行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。

安全保護功能：

◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

◆ 設(shè)備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

◆ 該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當(dāng)開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

◆ 試驗放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。

注意事項：
1、介電擊穿強度試驗儀安裝時應(yīng)具有獨立的接地線。
2、在開機前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。
